Family visitation is currently closed in the Assisted Living Community on the Robinwood campus and in the nursing care center on the Ravenwood campus because of single cases of the virus that can cause COVID-19 disease; family visitation, however, remains available (reservations by phone) in the Assisted Living Community on the Ravenwood campus. Visitation, however, will be open at all three locations beginning Monday, Oct. 19. Online family-visitation reservations are accepted on the page noted immediately below.
You can reserve a visitation time when available and acknowledge your agreement with visitation policies by clicking here. Visitation reservation is different for nursing care and assisted living; please see instructions on that page.
Remember that Diakon is very focused on the health and safety of our residents and staff members. See our frequently updated statement on our response to the COVID-19 pandemic ... and be sure to visit the Diakon website page on how we are working to brighten the world for everyone.
Please note that we continue to accept new admissions in all levels of care.
