PT and OT are amazing to work with and are very caring and encouraging. The therapies work together and the plans complement each other. There is a true sense of teamwork.
The staff here works with the family on the plan of care and makes sure your family is kept in the loop. The GNA and CNAs are friendly and caring. The nursing staff is responsive to the medical needs and if an issue arises, takes care of it in a timely manner. The housekeeping staff are friendly and do an excellent job.
The food is really good. Portions are good. They take the individual’s dietary likes and dislikes into consideration.
I could go on and on with this review, but I will end it here. If you need a facility for long-term or short-term care, I highly recommend Diakon Senior Living.
