A program for people with chronic conditions such as: arthritis , COPD, heart disease and diabetes.
Thursdays: Aug. 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 and Sept. 6 from 1:30pm-4:00pm
This program aims to:
-Improve healthful behaviors
-Improve health status
-Help reduce hospital stays
“Living a Healthy Life” is a 6-week workshop designed by Stanford University to help people with chronic conditions live and feel better! For people age 50+.
Family members and caregivers are also invited.
