A program for people with chronic conditions such as: arthritis , COPD, heart disease and diabetes.
Fridays: July 6, 13, 20, 27 and Aug. 3 & 10, 2018

This program aims to:
- Improve healthful behaviors
- Improve health status
- Help reduce hospital stays
“Living a Healthy Life” is a 6-week workshop designed by Stanford University to help people with chronic conditions live and feel better! For people age 50+.
Family members and caregivers are also invited.
There is no cost, but pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Register early by calling 1-800-621-6325.
