Lunch and Learn: The Benefits of Whole Grain Foods

Whole grain foods support good health. Incorporating whole grains into your diet can reduce the risk of digestive disorders, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood sugar and obesity.  For these reasons, we’ve chosen whole grains as our  “superfood” for March, which is National Nutrition Month.
Join us as Executive Chef Sean Ufolla and Registered Dietitian Kelly Marks from Morrison Community Living host an educational cooking demonstration. You will have the opportunity to create and take home your own granola parfait.
