Effective May 11, 2023, in personal care and skilled nursing (regardless of vaccination status), masks are optional for staff, residents, and visitors. Please know you may elect at any time to wear a mask.
We’d like to remind all visitors it is imperative for you to closely monitor any symptoms and exposure when in our community. Hand sanitizer is available upon entry for visitors to use before and after visits. Please share this information with additional family members and friends who may visit.
We also want you to be aware that our organization may reinstitute a mask mandate based on county transmission or outbreak status within a work area.
In our independent living and common areas masks are also optional.
