Residents moving to The Lutheran Home at Topton pay an affordable entrance fee starting as low as $77,000. The fees are designed to accommodate budgets of all levels, with several types of care plans to match your needs – The Classic Plan, Classic Plan Plus and our Estate Preservation Plan. Should you leave our community for any reason, you, your estate and/or your family may receive a refund varying from 0 to 70% of your initial investment.

Affordable Monthly Fees

To enjoy everything our lifestyle has to offer, you also pay a monthly fee that varies depending on the size and style of home you choose. This fee, starting at $1,180 per month, means you’ll have predictable monthly expenses. It covers daily living costs and services, such as lawn care, home maintenance, basic cable, trash removal, a 24-hour call system and more. Plus, you’ll have access to all the social and recreational activities we offer, along with our community amenities.
