Greenwood at Luther Crest Priority List Deposit

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Priority List member for our Greenwood expansion! Please complete the form below to place your deposit.

I agree to pay a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) fully refundable priority list deposit and to be placed on Luther Crest’s priority list for the new Greenwood apartments. At such time Luther Crest starts accepting ten-percent (10%) deposits for the Greenwood apartments, I shall have the option to sign a deposit agreement and pay a ten percent (10%) deposit to hold a specific unit. Should I decide to hold a specific unit, my priority list deposit shall be counted toward the ten-percent (10%) deposit. At any time, I may request a full refund for my priority list deposit. Should I request a refund, I will be removed from the priority list.
